BEAVER FALLS, N.Y. -- Steve Park returned to victory lane in the NASCAR Camping World Series East on Saturday night at Adirondack Int'l Speedway in Beaver Falls, N.Y., for his first win on the series in 13 years. Park drives for Georgia, Vt.-based NDS Motorsports.
It was a role-reversal for Park and rookie Ryan Truex, as Park outgunned the youngster at Adirondack for the win; Truex snatched a victory away from Park at Thompson Int'l Speedway in Connecticut last month.
Park, a native of East Northport, N.Y., got his big break in 1996 with Camping World Series East victories at New Hampshire Motor Speedway and Nazareth Speedway, then eventually went on to win in NASCAR's Sprint Cup, Nationwide, and Camping World Truck Series.
Jody Lavender finished third behind Park and Truex at Adirondack, with Jesus Hernandez fourth and Matt Kobyluck fifth.

What a great race!!! Steve Park is still a winner! Wish NDS and Waste Management would field a truck team for him too!
