WATERFORD - A Vermont Environmental Court order specifically prohibits property owners from hosting a commercial event at the former Northeastern Speedway, a stipulation that is in force for three years.The order issued by Judge Thomas Durkin Jan. 5 includes a list of things property owners Paul and Lise Bellefeuille are not allowed to do.
And if the town provides evidence that they plan to, the court will issue a temporary restraining order.
